Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fella Hamilton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Fella Hamilton tags still attached.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating if you would prefer a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our Melbourne head office via a trackable postal service.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
